The Order of the Arrow is Scouting’s National Honor Society. Founded in 1915, the OA has recognized Scouts and Scouters who best exemplify the Scout Oath and Law in their daily lives for over a century. Today, the service, activities, adventures, and training provided by the OA are models of quality leadership development and programming that enrich, support, and help extend Scouting to America’s youth.

The Adapt, Collaborate, and Thrive Conference is a national training being put on by Section G11 March 22-24, 2024 at Cedar Point Scout Camp near Fairmont, Minnesota. The purpose of the training is to take the lodge’s current plan and Adapt it through Collaboration with other lodges to help obtain the Performance Measurement Program(PMP) level of Thrive.

Cost is $25 for the weekend. This includes 4 meals, 2 cracker barrels, and indoor lodging. Please provide personal sleeping gear as there are no bunks.
